The warranty is 2 years and if any problems occur because of manufacturing problems, you can exchange the wheel and it will be replaced very fast.

How does one contact service in US? Actually, how does one contact anyone, anywhere???
New wheel is not working, not centering, no forced feedback, not intializing, headset mic not working etc.

My D pad is defective.When i scroll down it jumps left sometime's or i have to press it hard to go down.I dont think this is normal, because the up button response without any problems..Is this a quick fix?
