We are now waiting for final approval from MS and already prepare production. As we will ship the first units by air shipment we are confident to deliver all open orders which have been ordered until June 2009 at the end of September. The rest of the open orders will be shipped in October and if you place an order now you can expect to get your product in November.
The schedule is still not 100% confirmed as there are many uncertainties. I will keep you up to date once we get the final approval and start manufacturing.

There are more containers on the way but these are the first to arrive. By middle of December we should have all inventory for the open orders in our warehouse.
We are currently lacking some raw materials but we plan to finish the production of the 10.000 units within the next 8 weeks.

Here is a little bit more detail what is on the way.
EU
The first containers will arrive on 25th of Nov. and we
will ship all open PWTS orders a week later to our customers.
The Pure and Clubsport editions ordered until September
will also be delivered with this shipment. Please don't ask for a precise cut-off date because we cannot tell you.
All other open ordes will be delivered in the second
shipment which arrives on the 2nd of December.
USA
The first shipment will arrive on the 13th of Nov. and will ship one week later to customers.
The first shipment will contain all PWTS (all versions) ordered until late September.
The rest will arrive in the second shipment which will land on the 20th of Nov and will be shipped out to customers one week later.
Shipment from our warehouse in CA to your door depends on where you live.
It will even be enough to have some stock but I am sure it will not last very long.
The only part which is delayed are the standard pedals which are bought separatly. I will update you later on those.

The fist container arrived in the USA but the shipment got stuck in customs. They thought that the prducts might be pirated so now we have to proof that we have the authorisation to use the Xbox and Porsche logos.
The container in the EU will arrive in time next Wednesday.

The standard pedals for PWTS which have been ordered separatly have not been shipped with the sea shipments unfortunatly. We will send them out from China by the end of next week by airfreight so you should have them with some delay.
The Pure versions do come with pedal adapters now so please use G25 or MS pedals in the meantime if possible.

We received the authorisation letter from MS today and hope that customs will release the US shipment very soon.

The second shipments have arrived in EU and USA and by the end of this week (week 50) we will send out all open orders.
Only a few PWTS Pure customers did receive a defective adapter or we did not ship the adapter cable. If you are affected please contact our e-support and we will send you a new adapter. (Please make sure you conenct it to the right plug and only connect it when the wheel is power off)
The delivery of PWTS in USA was just enough to fullfill the orders so the next delivery will be in January.
In EU we have PWTS in stock.
We also have PWTS Pure and the Clubsport pedals in stock now for immediate shipment in EU and USA.
The PWTS Clubsport Edition is about to be sold out within a few days as we are reaching the maximum number of its limited edition and we will stop offering this model very soon.

well i have had a week to test my wheel and pedals and the clubsport pedals are excellent - i made a few mods to the pedals to configure them for my driving.
but when it comes to the turbo-s wheel - i thought it would be better than this.
there is a major lack of response when countersteering in FM-3.
the only way to eliminate it is to turn off force feedback.
it does not seem to be a defect but rather the way force feedback is implemented in the wheel.
you can adjust the settings all you want in FM-3 but it does not eliminate the problem.
in FM-3 i drive mostly in R-1 class and because of this lack of response in the wheel when countersteering - it makes it extremely difficult to set the car up when going in and out of corners and the car wanders when going in a straight line - requiring constant corrections in steering input.
for this reason i rate this wheel at a 6/10 rating.
hope this problem can be rectified in a future firmware update.

That doesn't sound normal to me. Mine had great response when I used it. Could be something as easy as your tune in the game. If you need to, adjust the deadzones in the game. Deadzone inside steering is what you want to put all the way to the left so as soon as you turn your wheel, it turns in the game. If you drive with too much toe or camber you get the effect you have described too. Also make sure you aren't turning the xbox on with the wheel. If you turn it on with the wheel, turn the wheel off and then back on. Pause it first, it doesn't always work if you are already in a game unless you pause it first.

i already have the deadzone at it`s lowest setting. - does not help.
the only way i can eliminate the problem is to turn force feedback off.
some other people refer to it as a problem with resistance when the wheel is centered.
while racing there is about 7-10 degrees of deadzone in the force feedback while the wheel is in the straight forward position and while driving straight the car wanders left and right.
there is no loose in the belt of the wheel.
i am probably going to make a video of the problem and put it on youtube.
and it is definately not in my car setups.
i am very high up on the ranks in FM-3
example - FM-3 class R-1 - Maplevalley - leaderboard position 41.
by the way - force feedback needs to be turned off on the wheel and not in the game to eliminate the problem.

Thomas, what is the deal with getting my new wheel? It has been a LONG time and I have sent emails that have not been returned AT ALL. I am to the point I would rather have my money back as dealing with you guys isn't working out. I paid for the wheel and for advanced shipping. All that money for nothing since the wheel is completely useless and does nothing more than take up space. You have been aware of problems for some time now, why can't you do anything about it? Why keep telling me to email people that are ignoring the emails? I feel like I have been tricked into wasting my money, since this product does NOT perform up to par, and us as customers are being ignored. I'm sure there are other actions we can pursue if the defective wheels and pedals many of have gotten are not to be fixed, replaced or otherwise corrected. I would much rather enjoy the wheel I paid for. Disappointed to say the least.

In GTR2 using Clubsport
In GTR2 using Clubsport pedals, I'm unable to use the throttle and brake pedal at the same time. One cancels out the other. I'm able to use both simultaneously in FM3. Is anyone experiencing this issue with GTR2? I just want to know if anyone here is able to use both pedals at the same time with GTR2... if the functionality exists. Thanks in advance.

On a side note, I have defective clubsport pedals which I've been in contact with Thomas and the Fanatec webstore, with no result, other than Thomas saying I'll be taken care of, who knows how long, after the Christmas break. They will work for short periods of time with no issues, this error-free gaming happening for completely random amounts of time until the issues start again.
Here are the issues I'm having with the pedals, affecting play in both FM3 and GTR2:
- brakes electronically stick on 100%, after pressure is applied and randomly when no pressure is applied. This is regardless of the load cell potentiometer setting, but seems to want to try to work only marginally better with the load cell pressure turned all the way down. Still completely unplayable.
- doesn't return to 0 when no pressure is applied and
- hyper-sensitive once you lightly touch the brake pedal, shooting to 100% with the slightest pressure.
- randomly sticking at around 30% brake force, with no pressure being applied.
I'm unsure if the throttle/brake pedal issue is caused by my load cell/electronics issue, or is just an issue of functionality with GTR2. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I should also note my clubsport pedals worked properly for a total of about 2 hours. I've since been trying to play FM3 and GTR2 in vain, dealing with my brakes locking up randomly and skidding off the track or coming to a dead stop. Then, with my brakes stuck at 100% I won't be able to use the throttle at the same time, leaving me stranded on the track until it randomly becomes unstuck. This is all I can do until Thomas and the Fanatec team are able to provide me with proper customer service.

Does anyone have problem with xbox pedals 'flickering' or juddering about if you watch the telemetry say in Forza.
I'm talking with Armin about it and wondered if anyone else has same issue, I've tried 2 adapter and several cables and all have same issue, they flicker about wildly and I can't even brake fully now as it only goes 4/5 the way up due to the flickering screwing up the calibration.
Driving at anything but full throttle or no throttle is kinda impossible with it juddering about wildly in-between,

And beside that, if it's normal to have a non-locking wheel with no vibration (at lock), extreme easily oversteering at lock, so always 900 Degrees and a high-pitched sound (after passing degree value) at all time? I think not of reading some posts from other users, who don't have this.

All workcs great in forza 3 , but when i use it in formula 1 - dirt 2 - gt5p , i got zero respons for the wheel , i mean buttons work but not the steering or pedal or shifter.
i find this kinda odd to say the least , i got no idea what so ever why this is happning , becourse it work perfectly at few days ago when i last used it on ps3. ?

I received my wheel
I received my wheel yesterday and after setting it up all i can say is wow! This thing is amazing! Totally thought i would just try the H pattern shifter and then move to the paddles, but no two or three races and it's settled, this wheel is so immersive. I also mounted a clubsport table clamp to a playseat with really nice results. The shifter is locked down and unmovable, also helps well in securing the wheel. The cock pit is complete! I will try and upload some pics to help anyone having problems mounting there shifter to the playseats.

Well I was hoping to be playing this christmas,,, However fanatec still haven't sent me my pedals!!! I had a turbo s delivered in october however it was faulty and i had to send it back, then you guys sent me a pure edition wheel (which was not what I had ordered) without pedals and shifters, and that was over a month ago.
I emailed back about this almost 3 weeks ago, and all ive heard in return is (3 weeks ago) "We'll mail you the missing items," (then 3 days ago) when I asked why nothing had been sent, "We'll look into it!!!" and thats it. I ordered back in march/april of last year, and i'm really starting to get annoyed, I know the products are amazing (because I got to use mine for 30 mins before it died) But i'm just sick of waiting...... PLEASE THOMAS JUST SEND ME MY PEDALS (if they are in stock of course)

Thomas...you ruined my holiday. I just received my replacement wheel...4 days before christmas. How do you guys expect me to do the Christmas thing with my family when all I can think about is going downstairs and driving with my new Fanatec wheel. LOL. Seriously...this wheel is unbelievable. FM3 just got better. So much better. I cant even believe I am playing the same game. My only disapointed with my new wheel might be that I am probably going to start my FM3 career mode over...just to re-experience everything with this wheel. So much more fun...more realistic. I love it. You guys should be proud. The pure edition pedels are sweet also. Cant imagine what the clubsport are like. I can honestly say I dont have a single complaint about this setup. Just fantastic.
To anyone debating on ordering this wheel...grab one while you can. The MS wheel just doesn't compare. And to the many people whining about stupid stuff like stitching...and buttons and stuff, I dont get it.I think this is one hell of a product. Gorgeous in fact.

I only had time to unpack everything tonight and try it for about 30 minutes with Forza 3 and everything seems fine so far. I will have some work to do during my holiday vacation to setup everything to my liking on my Playseat Evo though. I need a longer cable for the shifter (which i can probably get at a local cable place...hopefully) because i have the shifter holder on my Playseat which places the shifter... where it feels more natural rather than up by the wheel with the metal rods that come with the wheel.
The first couple of laps felt really weird because i'm not used to the clutch yet, but i know it's only a matter of time before i get the hang of it :-)
So to all fellow Canadians out there : don't get discouraged if you haven't received yours yet... it WILL get there !!

PS: Is there anyone having the same concern about the sturdiness of the back/start button on the wheel. I don't know if it just me but my back and start button feel not realy sturdy. When I press on the back/start button, the button move really far on the left or the right and feel lossy...

yah that button is reeealy wonky, I think mostly as it travels too far back like a stopper is missing or the frame it sits in is recessed more than it should
Also I have a bit of a gap between the wheel and the top set of silver buttons, I can see all the way through to the otherside when looking head on, they both certainly cheapen what would otherwise be a stellar wheel, but by no means get in the way of my enjoyment, just niggle all the same :-)
