I got a bad luck Story. I ordered the wheel first in January 23rd and started the wait. Around June i decided that i would also like to order the clubsport pedals unfortunately when i tried to add the pedals to my original wheel order i was charged for an additional wheel. A couple of emails later everything was cleared up and i was reimbursed my money for the second wheel. Well after hearing everyone talk about getting there emails saying there pedals were shipped i began wondering where mine was. After some searching i realized that when they cancelled one of the wheels i ordered they cancelled my original order and kept the second one, leaving me with an order date of June 4. Which means my wheel never made the advance shipping even though i ordered in January? No free forza and i didn’t realize it until now so i missed the opportunity to get the airfreight. I am devastated today after thinking this whole time i was fine since i ordered in January.

Hi Thomas, I have been trying to buy a PWTS-ClubSport and the Rennsport Stand in Australia for the best part of a year. I went to the retailer and they have the standard Turbo Wheel in stock, when I ask about the PWTS-CS + Stand, I am told their buyer/agent has no information about it. I noticed that "Unbalanced" from Japan requested information about the Fedex deal and would like to know if it would apply to Australia as both Japan and Australia have no way of ordering the wheels direct from you. I would be grateful for any info.

is it a requirement to wait for the email from you guys or can we simply pay through paypal and include our order numbers since we have your paypal address? i am still waiting for this email and already sent 2 email attempts so i am getting a little worried.....especially since you guys are probably closed saturday and sunday and with the timezone difference i am affraid of waiting for this email on monday.

If it is sent from China to Japan, it must be cheap.

My order is for a PWTS-ClubSport, does the PWTS and the ClubSport paddles get ship together with this option? Sorry if this is covered already :)

I ordered it before june and they told me I was in the first shipment. If I would opt for advanced shipment, would I get it earlier?

I accidentally paid 3 times, first time i forgot order information, second time, typed the wrong amount of money, got it right the 3rd time around. Thomas who should i contact to get the first 2 charges refunded?
