Porsche 911 Turbo Wheel.
Hi all.
I've got the first Fanatec beta wheel.
Its been lying around for some time now and I wonder if there are any new drivers or firmware released that suits my wheel.
PS. I have both WinXP and Win 7x64

Can the wheel prior to the turbo S, the first generation of 911 turbo wheels use any new firmwares? or is it just every other wheel? I really hope it isn't i spend a small fortune buying this wheel just for gt5 and now the game just came out today nov 24 2010 and the wheel just doesn't work, only d-pad functions work and then once in a race everything stops working. It's so lame. Ive update my dongle once, to make it work on gt5 prologue, I;m not the only person who has this problem either. What can be done?
No Firmware for the original
No Firmware for the original Wheel! Are you sure about that?
As I understand you can't use the new drivers unless I update the firmware.
Damn I wish Support could answer. BTW I also run WinXP so even if there's no x64 drivers I'm OK.

Turbo wheels can not be
Turbo wheels can not be updated, only turbo S ,carrera and v2 gt3 can be.
The Beta wheel is not
The Beta wheel is not firmware upgradable!

There is new FW 681 that works very nicely... can you use it with a beta wheel ? I hope you can or get some help here. cheers blanes.
