How to I set the steering to 900 degrees? I can't quit figure it out.

there is no 900, theres 210, 360, 540 and off. no 900

Just select 'Sen' in the tuning menu on the wheel and then select 900 and then press the tuning button again.

I think I got it when it says off its 900 i think.

When it says "off" it will differ to the game settings which can vary. If you want to make sure it is always on 900 do what Savoury said.
